Consultations / First-Time Appointments

A $150 non-refundable booking deposit is required for all first-time appointments at the time of scheduling. This deposit can be applied toward your treatment or skincare recommendations. If you are seeking professional recommendations only, the deposit compensates for the provider’s time and expertise.

Cancellation / Rescheduling

We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a $150 penalty fee charged to the credit card on file. If you have made a booking deposit and have not followed the cancellation guidelines, your deposit will be forfeited.
